What are Early Intervention Services?

Tennessee's Early Intervention Program is a voluntary educational program designed for families with children from birth to age two who have disabilities or developmental delays.

Early intervention focuses on enhancing skills in areas like:

  • Physical Skills
  • Cognitive Skills
  • Communication Skills
  • Self-help or Adaptive Skills
  • Social or Emotional Skills

Our goal with Early Intervention Services is to help families support their child's optimal growth, encourage their participation in family and community activities, and actively involve families in the intervention by incorporating strategies into their routines.

Our services are personalized to meet the unique needs of each child. Importantly, in Tennessee, these services come at no cost to families. Reach out to us to discover how Support Solutions can provide Early Intervention Services for your child.
